To successfully place an order, you’ll need to purchase Bitcoin. Unfortunately, we cannot receive any other payment methods at this stage. Please have your BTC ready before ordering to avoid complications with payment syncing with your order.

Step 1. Purchase Bitcoin from an exchange or wallet. (CoinJar, CoinSpot etc)

Step 2. Select your products and proceed to checkout.

Step 3. Upon filling in your delivery details, you’ll be taken to a screen that displays the bitcoin amount to send and you’ll also see a bitcoin wallet address to send to. Enter this information into your chosen wallet/exchange. We do recommend CoinJar over CoinSpot as CoinSpot will call you and ask questions the very first time you try to withdraw (send) BTC. After the first time, however, they won’t ask you again for future withdrawals.

Step 4. After payment has been sent, send an email to info@ausbolics.com with ORDER NUMBER in the subject line. Within the email, either attach a screenshot of the payment sent or paste the Transaction hash (TxID)

Step 5. Payment will take 20 min – to 1 hour to receive after 1 hour has passed you are welcome to email us to check about your order status but as long as you’ve emailed info@ausbolics.com with the requested info, then you’re all good to go, if there are any payment issues we’ll email you.

Step 6. Once you receive an “Order Complete” email, it means your package will be packed and shipped ASAP. Tracking will be sent to you not long after, It may land in your junk/spam folder.
